Residency Weekends

Residency weekends typically run from Thursday to Saturday during business hours, with occasional evening sessions. Students are responsible for booking their own accommodations for residency weekends.

Below are the results for the foreseeable future.

As you know, the Global EMBA program includes two lodging scenarios.

1. Immersion Week Lodging | Arranged by the EMBA Program

During Immersion Weeks, the EMBA Program handles all lodging arrangements by selecting and booking hotels for the entire cohort. The cost of accommodations is included in the tuition, eliminating the need for students to make separate arrangements. This approach fosters effective team collaboration and strengthens peer relationships throughout the program.

2. Residency Weekend Lodging | Arranged by the Student

For Residency Weekends, students are responsible for arranging and covering their lodging expenses. All reservations and communications are managed directly between the student and the hotel.

To assist with planning, Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business recommends local hotels, as accommodations in the area are often in high demand. A single property may not meet all your needs. However, the EMBA Program offers multiple options to help students create a smooth travel experience to campus. There are a variety of lodging options and agreed-upon contracts.

Lodging with the ND EMBA Program Room Block Rate

Mendoza has secured a block of rooms for standard and high-traffic weekends. Students must make reservations within the noted booking window. After the window closes, the rooms will be released. To book rooms in this rate category, see the Booking Summary Chart below.

Lodging with the ND Mendoza Corporate Rate

Mendoza College of Business maintains a general corporate rate for the following hotels. There are various booking methods listed. The Mendoza rate may vary seasonally. To book rooms in this rate category, see the Booking Summary Chart below.

Lodging Without the ND Corporate Rate

Several hotels near campus are available for consideration, but do not offer an ND Mendoza rate. By booking directly with these hotels, students can often secure a more favorable rate than the ND Mendoza rate.

Where possible, the EMBA Program sets up date-specific booking links, which allow a seamless online booking experience. The Program's suggested booking information and reservation links are in the Booking Summary Chart below.
